- in SD, worked more on the surfaceless worldmap, testing it and fixing a few bugs -- it's working but slow (need to speed it up next). however i also noticed a bug in the minimap system -- it's still not working as i thought it was, so i need to fix that soon too.
- in ID, i made the game able to go from the editor back to the title screen without crashing (which was one of the last crashes the game has, although not the last). i also came across a perhaps insurmountable bug (for now, at least until game maker studio fixes a bug in itself) regarding custom level file loading and saving. i'm investigating what to do next regarding this.
