- separated the charge projectiles and latent projectiles scripts in dream mode for clarity / organization
- made the damage indicator text not use shadows (to avoid slowdown) for now
- continued working on dream mode functions latent projectiles / charge projectile, in particular:
- added a charge effect to the chain
- added a latent effect to the sight
- added a charge effect to the light
- added a latent effect to the bait
- added a different charge effect to the bait
- added a latent effect to the sound
- edited some of the others

i'm now almost done with giving each dream mode function both a latent and a charge effect (after i finish with this and balance it it'll count as 10 tasks, one for each of the ship functions, which at this point is a pretty big % of the remaining tasks for the game (5%))
