- made argus collidable in dream mode
- made memory cells give the player points in dream mode (so that collecting more of them helps with a better score in a level, although currently score does nothing except that it saves your hi score for each area; i'll make score do something with the ending later though, and maybe add hi-score online scoreboards or something in the future)
- added a charge ability to fade (currently 'fade' is a bit overpowered but i like it that way, since it's the hardest function to acquire it should be a little stronger than the rest of them)
- removed the score numbers for creatures in dream mode because it would make too much slowdown if i did that for all the numbers where score goes up (for memory cells, shield eating projectiles, etc.)
