That doesn't have to do with the internet, that's a spyware/virus blocking function - to keep them from accessing and messing with settings/controls in programs on your computer.

Hm, weird, I wonder what I did that triggered it. Or perhaps all Game Maker games trigger it and it's nothing I did.

Considering that it's touching Explorer.exe, I highly doubt it's anything you did. It's safe to assume it occurs with all (or most, if it's setting-dependent) GM games. Regardless, it is humorous. ID will destroy your processes! Fear!
